Supported Browser:
IAP's internet software has been developed for the Microsoft® Internet
Explorer browser version 5.5 and above. Although possible, running IAP's internet software using
a browser other than MSIE is not supported.
How to find
out if you have the right version
- Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Select Help > About Internet Explorer. The version
information window will display.
- Minimum Version: 5.50
- Click OK to exit the window.

Microsoft® Windows 95B, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5 or 6 (Service Pack 6 recommended), Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional or Home Edition
Supported Platform:
IAP's internet software has been developed for the Windows® platform.
Although possible, running IAP's internet software on a platform other
than Windows is not supported.

Supported XML Core Services:
Using the latest version of the MSXML Parser allows IAP's internet software to provide improved client-side functionality, which
means less data to download over the long run. In addition,
it is to your benefit to run the latest version to take
advantage of the latest security and speed improvements.
To update click the link below and then follow the directions.
- Click here to begin

- A security window may appear:
- If it does appear, click 'Yes' button accept updates
signed by Microsoft.
- If the window does not appear, it means that you have
already chosen to accept updates signed by Microsoft.
The update will install automatically.
- The MSXML 6.0 parser will install.
- A window will appear stating that the install is complete. Click OK.
- That's it!

Web Plugins

Supported Flash Plugin:
Using the latest version of the Flash plugin allows IAP's internet software to provide improved client-side functionality, which
means less data to download over the long run. In addition,
it is to your benefit to run the latest version to take
advantage of the latest security and speed improvements.
To update read the following steps and then click the link below to begin the update installation.
- Click here to begin install.
- A security window may appear:
- If it does appear, click 'Yes' button accept updates
signed by Macromedia®.
- If the window does not appear, it means that you have
already chosen to accept updates signed by Macromedia.
The update will install automatically.
- The Flash player will install.
- Close the browser window displaying Macromedia's download
page when the install is complete.
- That's it!

Changing your screen resolution:
- Click the Windows® Start button and select Settings,
then select Control Panel.
- Double-click Display
- Click the Settings tab. You'll see information about
your computer's screen area.
- Move the screen area slider to adjust the screen resolution.
- Click OK to exit.

Changing your screen color depth:
- Click the Windows® Start button and select Settings,
then select Control Panel.
- Double-click Display
- Click the Settings tab. You'll see information about
your computer's color depth.
- Select the color depth for the color drop down menu.
- Click OK to exit.

Software will need to be updated on each computer that is not current.
Recommended Connection Speed
A connection speed of 26 kb/sec or above is needed for IAP software to operate properly.
Optimizing modem connection speed:
- Click the Windows® Start button and select Help.
- In the Help Viewer click the Index tab.
- Enter Modems as the keyword to find.
- Select one of the subentries under modems.
- Click display to view the information.

The actual diskspace required to run IAP internet software is less than
10MB.
How to find out
if your computer complies
- Open My Computer, by double-clicking its icon on the desktop.
- Then click the disk you want to check.
- The amount of free space also appears in the status bar
at the bottom of the screen. If you cannot see the free space,
drag the right side of the window to enlarge it.
- If the status bar is not visible, click the View menu, and
then click Status Bar.
- If you have turned on Web content in folders, you can select
the disk to display the free space on the left side of the
folder window.
- You can also view the free space and other disk properties
by right-clicking the disk and then clicking Properties.
