To login in to your eStore follow these steps:
- Type the Internet address to the eStore's log in page in the Address bar
of the Internet Explorer, and then press the Enter key on your keyboard
or click the Go button.
- Enter the username and password in the blanks provided.
- Click the Log In button to continue
- The eStore Home page will display.

Please read the following notice before accessing the documentation or support pages:
NOTICE TO USERS
This notice applies to all users of confidential
IAP information and resources, authenticated or not, authorized
or not. Access to confidential information and resources and connection
to the network of Internet AutoParts, Inc. is for authorized use
only. As a user (authorized or unauthorized), you have no explicit
or implicit expectation of privacy.
Any or all uses of IAP confidential information
and resources and all stored or transmitted files may be intercepted,
monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed
to authorized site, government, and law enforcement personnel.
By accessing or attempting to access IAP confidential information
and resources (from the internet or from elsewhere), you consent
to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing,
inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of authorized personnel.
Further, authorized personnel may detain, access, and copy data
from either IAP or non-IAP owned computers when there is reason
to believe misuse has occurred.
Unauthorized or improper use of this information
may result in administrative disciplinary action and civil and
criminal penalties. By accessing or attempting to access IAP confidential
information and resources you indicate your awareness of and consent
to these terms and conditions of use. Do not access or attempt
to access any IAP confidential information and resources if you

How to log in
- Click the Support or Documentation link on this page.
- When the "Enter Network Password" window appears
enter your User Name.
- Press the tab key, or click in the Password box to enter your
Password. For security, the Password characters are represented
by asterisks as you type.
- Click the OK button to log in.

Troubleshoot the Access Denied Message
If any of the following conditions occur, the IAP authorization
program will display a message indicating that your authorization
failed:
- Your "Caps Lock" key is depressed by mistake (usernames
and passwords are case-sensitive)
- You mistype your user ID
- You enter an invalid user ID
- You mistype your password
- You enter an invalid password
- The system cannot accept your log in at this time
Try again by typing more carefully. If you are still unable to access the information you need, contact
your IAP system administrator for assistance.
